See every bid that fits your firm in one list, drawn every day from the major Canadian procurement networks.
Bidaya monitors the major federal, provincial, and municipal procurement networks across Canada, including CanadaBuys, MERX, Biddingo, Bids&Tenders, Ontario Tenders Portal, BC Bid, SEAO, and Alberta Purchasing Connection, so your team works from one list instead of a login for each.
Bidaya reads each notice and matches its scope, discipline, and project type to the work your firm does, then sorts the results by fit. A keyword alert fires whenever a word appears; scope matching looks at what the project asks for.
Every opportunity arrives with an AI summary, the buyer, and the closing date, so your team can make the first go/no-go call from the list.
No, Bidaya checks every bid portal it monitors for you and brings the opportunities that fit your firm into one inbox. You pick the ones worth pursuing from that list instead of hunting through each portal yourself.
Yes. Bidaya monitors the major Canadian federal, provincial, and municipal procurement networks, including CanadaBuys, MERX, Biddingo, Bids&Tenders, Bonfire, Ontario Tenders Portal, SAP Ariba, SEAO, BC Bid, SaskTenders, and Alberta Purchasing Connection, plus hundreds of municipal portals. If your region uses a portal that is not on the list, tell us and we will add it.
Bidaya's AI matching reads the whole notice and compares its scope, discipline, and project type with the work your firm does, then sorts opportunities by fit. A keyword alert only checks whether a word appears, so it misses notices that describe your work in other terms and surfaces ones that mention it in passing.
Bidaya checks every bid portal it monitors daily, so a new RFP that fits your firm is in your inbox within a day of being posted.
No sales pitch. No pressure. We’ll show you the platform against your real market, your real portals, and the opportunities your firm is currently missing.
