AI & Data Privacy

We recognize the sensitivity of the data used in the proposal process. Our use of Artificial Intelligence is governed by the following principles:

• No Model Training: Bidaya AI does not use your proprietary documents, proposal inputs, or generated outputs ("Customer Content") to train, fine-tune, or improve the foundational Large Language Models (LLMs) used by our system. Your data remains yours and is not used to benefit other customers.

• Zero Retention by AI Providers: We utilize enterprise-grade API integrations (such as OpenRouter) to process your data. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for model training. Data sent to these providers is transient (ephemeral); it is processed solely to generate a response and is not retained by the AI provider thereafter.

• Data Isolation: When we index your past content (e.g., for RAG/Context retrieval), it is stored in a logically isolated environment. Your content is never accessible to other Bidaya AI customers.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share your information with trusted third-party service providers, including AI model providers (Sub-processors), solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. We have entered into strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with these providers ensuring that they protect your data with the same level of security as Bidaya AI and process it only according to our instructions. These third parties are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
